lacaty.com is operated by La Caty 555 S de RL de CV, a Mexican design boutique from San Miguel de Allende. By using the site or purchasing, you accept these terms.

Products: we sell clothing, accessories, jewelry and home goods by Mexican designers and artisans. Many pieces are handmade or one of a kind, so color, texture and size may vary slightly from photos. Some pieces are sold on consignment on behalf of their makers.

Availability: inventory is shared with our physical stores (San Miguel de Allende, W Punta Mita and Hacienda Galindo). If an item sells out after your order, we will notify you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment: prices are in MXN and include VAT (IVA). We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. We accept the methods shown at checkout, including PayPal.

Invoices: for a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI), email jacqueline@lacaty555.com within the month of purchase.

Intellectual property: photos, text, logos and designs belong to La Caty or its designers and may not be used without permission.

Liability: we are not responsible for carrier or customs delays beyond our control. Nothing here limits your rights under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes will be resolved before PROFECO or the competent courts of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato.

Changes: we may update these terms; the current version is the one posted on the site. Last updated: November 2, 2026.
