Shipping policy

We ship from San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico, nationwide and internationally. Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN). In-store pickup is not currently available for online orders.

Rates: Mexico: free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase; United States $2,000 MXN; Spain $2,000 MXN; rest of the world $3,000 MXN. The final cost is shown at checkout.

Processing: 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Estimated delivery: Mexico 2–7 business days; international 5–15 business days. Times depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International orders: duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the recipient. Shipping costs are not refunded for packages refused at customs or for unpaid duties.
